Ratnasiri Wickremanayake (1933–2016) was Prime Minister of Sri Lanka twice, from 2000 to 2001 and from 2005 to 2010.
Born in Kalutara district and trained as a lawyer, he entered Parliament in 1970 and held portfolios including Public Administration, Home Affairs, and Buddha Sasana. He was regarded as one of the Sri Lanka Freedom Party's more traditionalist figures, and served as Prime Minister during the closing years of the civil war.
