W.J.M. Lokubandara (born 1941) was Speaker of the Parliament of Sri Lanka from 2004 to 2010, and later Governor of the Uva and Sabaragamuwa provinces.
A lawyer from the Badulla district, he entered Parliament in 1977 and held the portfolios of Cultural Affairs, Education, and Buddha Sasana. He was known for advocacy of Sinhala language and Buddhist cultural institutions, and for a long parliamentary career centred on the Uva province.
